SWAT Team and 2nd Request Support Services

DTI has established a national reputation for providing intensive support services on demanding, large-scale litigations and regulatory inquiries.

Our mobile SWAT Team is led from the top by Kevin Jacobs, Vice President of Technology Services. Composed of senior project managers, production managers, technical processing specialists, and document production specialists, this team focuses on designing and managing complex litigation projects that require dedicated production resources and the intensive project management needed to meet the scanning, e-discovery and document production demands associated with major litigations. Our SWAT projects often involve furnishing services at client locations or establishing separate facilities dedicated exclusively to the successful completion of a single project.

Some recent examples of our SWAT Team accomplishments include:

Project IQ — Scaling and staffing a dedicated production facility capable of scanning 100,000 pages daily and blowing back 200,000 pages daily within a two-week time period. Project IQ required a new lease, IT infrastructure, scanning equipment and office furnishings.

Project Carly — Scanning 4 million color pages over a 5-month period in 22 separate remote locations throughout the State of Florida.

Project Arkansas — Scaling and staffing a dedicated production facility capable of scanning hundreds of thousands of pages daily within 24 hours.
