EDRM
The Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) develops guidelines and standards for e-discovery consumers and providers. From the original model, established in 2005, to current projects underway EDRM has been instrumental in helping both consumers and service providers reduce the cost, time and manual work associated with e-discovery.

In October 2008 Merlino was appointed leader of the Collection and Preservation node of EDRM’s current “Evergreen” project.
