I just want to say "thank you" for a great job! We had a somewhat complicated copy job from a CD and the work was done timely and exactly as needed. We appreciated the follow up calls to be sure that our instructions were understood correctly and the fact that because of your great quality control you found a duplicate document that was not needed in the final product.
We really appreciate your excellent work product - but even more appreciated is the cooperative, friendly attitudes everyone has. It is always a pleasure working with you and we want to be sure you know how much we value your work and team spirit.

Mike from the Copy Center just called to ask me something and it reminded me that I wanted to email you and tell you what a great job I think he is doing. He has stepped up to the plate time and time again the last several months and has shown such initiative. It is terrific to see. It is obvious that he is motivated to do better and improve his skills and move on to bigger and better things. I LOVE it. He regularly volunteers to stay late, come in on the weekend, help out with a project or do whatever needs to be done…happily and without complaint. You know…as well as I do…that David has a lot to do with how great our staff is in Chicago. It is such a refreshing change to have a manager that is willing to make an investment in the people and not be concerned only with themselves. He truly has this FM thing figured out and is a huge asset to DTI. In all my years at this firm I have never had a manager perform as well as he does. Tom has also flourished under David's leadership. I feel really lucky to have David in the Chicago office and I truly enjoy working with him.

I just want to stop and say what a GREAT job Phylisha did on three rush copy jobs for the Immigration Group today. I cannot begin to tell you how important it was especially today, and everyday too, that these packages going the immigration service are done well when copied, and she did a GREAT, GREAT job on each package.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for Tom, Nick and Andrea and everyone else who works in the Copy Center. Not only are they friendly and inviting, but they are fast, responsive and communicative. Without their consistent hard work, my job would be a lot more difficult. Each and every individual in the department deserves recognition for the great job they do.

I just wanted to let you know that I'm really impressed with DTI's service. I have not had any issues or concerns. Copy jobs are being done and delivered as requested, faxes are being distributed correctly and on time, and the new system of emailing a notice when there are deliveries is very helpful. I really appreciate everyone's hard work and willingness to help improve things.

Must tell you both that the Copy Center put together 65 booklets for the Boston Capital presentation given by Jeff and Doug yesterday morning - what a great job!! Even packed them in cartons and delivered them to the Terrace Rooms on Wednesday night to be ready to be given out at the presentation.

I was very fortunate last night when David, on his own initiative, elected to stay very late to see if I would need anything in the ----- mediation, and of course, we needed assistance and he was there to provide it. “My client” commented that it was amazing that our staff would stay so late to be helpful. I am grateful to David for his initiative!

Hugo, I wanted to thank you and recognize the great job you and your staff did in putting together 60 copies of the recruiting analysis report for the Hiring Partner meeting on Friday. I know how busy your department is at this time of the year and appreciate the timeliness of your work. Many thanks

I want to give a special thanks to Mikey, Eddie and Aurelia, for ALL of their hard work today helping me with a project. We had a mass mailing that was going out both Express Mail and Certified Mail. There were nearly 100 large packages to be sent. Mike had to not only get the supplies for us, but because the packages were so big, he had to keep running up and down between the floors (29 and 30) to replenish supplies and get the completed packages to Eddie. Eddie, in turn, had to make numerous trips to the post office to have each package manually entered into their system and come back for more as they were ready. Aurelia had to run and back forth from my office to the dumb waiter assisting with getting the packages in/out/prepared. It took the two attorneys, me, Mike, Eddie and Aurelia almost 6 hours to complete the project, all while they had to attend to their other duties as well. Mike, Eddie and Aurelia went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get this done and they deserve to be recognized. Please let them know how grateful I am and what a great job they are doing!!!!

I just wanted to tell you how delighted I am to work with Brad. Late yesterday Jeff made the following requests: (i) pickup a check at a client's home in Virginia Beach at 7:30 am this morning (3/16), (ii) the courier was to go to another man's home in Virginia Beach between 8:00 and 8:15 am to deliver that package plus pick up some signed papers from him, and (iii) bring the signed papers to the WM Norfolk office. When I approached Brad with these instructions, he said "no problem." He quickly made the arrangements yesterday afternoon around 5 pm. Needless to say, everything went smoothly and the papers were on my desk around 9 am this morning. Brad and his staff do great work and are always willing to do anything to help us. We are lucky to have such "assets" here at the WM Norfolk office.

Anthony and Yvonne: This email is written with my most sincere thank you to the wonderful staff in our duplicating department. I had sent down a rush job at 12:06 pm of 10 velobinds that I needed to have copied and sent to Bill Bowers at home for Federal Express delivery for Saturday morning. Vince called me asking when I needed the job since it was very large. I told him I was leaving the office by 2:00 pm on Friday, July 6th. I told him if the job wasn't ready for when I left that he could leave it with Ronda in the our mailroom and she would send it out for me. I proceeded to come back to my desk and prepare the federal express routing slip and labels for Ronda and when I went to see Ronda and swung by duplicating, Vince told me that they would probably reach my deadline of 2:00 pm. At approximately 1:30 pm, Vince called me saying that my job was ready and would be brought up to me. I was thankful that this deadline was meet. I have never had such a fast turnaround as I did today. Thank you to our duplicating staff for the wonderful and accurate job that you did for me. I really appreciate it. I can now leave for vacation with a clear conscious. Have a wonderful weekend.

I just wanted to tell you about a very positive experience I had with Office Services over the weekend and let you know how helpful Evette was. On Saturday I got called into work around 3:00 to prepare some material for a last minute meeting on Sunday. I called Office Services to see if anyone was around who could help me print the documents as I made my way into work and Evette just so happened to be there finishing a project for Monday. She ended up helping me print some of the documents before she left for the day, even though her shift was over almost two hours before I called. She was soo helpful, which I really appreciate because she made things much easier for me. She even called my cell phone before she left for the day and left a message telling me exactly what she did and where she left the copies, and she set up one of the printers with the right paper and with the right settings so I could just go in and easily finish the print job. She really didn't have to do any of it (considering it was Saturday, it was late, I randomly called at the last minute, and she was probably ready to go home for the day), but I feel like she went above and beyond what she had to do, so I just thought I'd pass on the word and tell you how awesome and helpful she was. She *really* helped me, so please pass on my appreciation!

Tarquinn, thank you for your quick action today when the Copytrak system went down. I know that Sharise, the 31st floor secretaries, and I appreciated your help during this network crash. I appreciate your help every day, because there's always one 'emergency' or another with my world! I can depend on you and appreciate your creative solutions. Les, you pay attention to everything we ask your help with. Thank you very much. And Norma, Kelly, Jason, Ed, Audry...you are priceless. Thanks to you, too.

Tom got a little behind in his trial prep for a trial that was scheduled to begin today. Yesterday I started feeding exhibits and other documents to the Copy Center to be copied at 0800. They grabbed the documents and started in on them right away. Ms. Glenda was conscientious on the quality check and everyone else concentrated on getting documents copied. I appreciate their willingness to work with what became a tsunami of documents and to maintain a professional and upbeat attitude. They get a gold star.

Frank Singer requested that I print out and put in a binder for him many e-mails with extensive attachments and complicated excel spreadsheets. I was extremely busy yesterday and knew I did not have the time for Frank's request. I passed this print job along to Alex and his team, and they did a beautiful job in creating the binder for Frank. I just wanted to acknowledge the excellent job that Alex and his team did in printing and creating this binder for Frank Singer.

I just wanted to let you know that James went above and beyond for me this morning in a court filing. Because of his expertise and ability, he was able to convince the court clerk to grant us the time we needed. Thanks to James, the client is happy, the attorneys are happy and I’m happy. Thanks again. Please pass this on to the appropriate people.

Anytime Matt has done something for me, has been very kind and helpful. Two examples from today: He came up to move 8 boxes for me (two sets of my massive copy job.) I explained where I wanted them moved and the order they needed to be in. After he move them, he asked if I wanted to look at them to ensure they were in the order I wanted. I did not look, but they were fine. Then when he brought my 20 boxes with lids. He offered to put them together for me. Small things I know, but very much appreciated.

Senior - okay, I admit it. I had what I consider to be a healthy skepticism about all the promises/claims made by DTI during our RFP process. You know, the whole "they're just saying it to get the business" thing. But I gotta tell you, in the past 5 months DTI has exceeded every expectation and erased any skepticism. You wanted a raving fan, you got one! It starts with the little things - the great attitude exhibited by our in-house staff, the willingness to do anything I need, the leadership that each employee shows, the attention to all the day-to-day details. We've had some setbacks here but our staff has not missed a beat. DTI has made sure that we had exactly the personnel that we needed to get the job done - whether they had to hire extra folks or fly specially skilled people in. It took one phone call - awesome! I am so impressed that your people are empowered to make decisions on the spot to help me out. I don't have to wait for days for them to get approval from corporate - how refreshing! Now for the big one - you all kept talking about wanting to be our "partner." Well you are and you proved it in a big way. I wanted a DTI employee in my Milwaukee office, couldn't get the funding for a full DTI person so asked Colin if we could hire one of our Indy DTI staff as a Hall Render employee. His exact words were "would that make you happy?" Well yes it would and he and Doug made it happen within a matter of days. WOW! I know how huge this is for you guys - you've spent time, effort and money training this person and I get the benefit of that without having to pay a fee. You didn't have to do it, it's probably not the best thing for DTI in the short term but it was exactly what I needed and proved to me that you mean it when you say you want to be our partner. DTI's interests were set aside in favor of what I needed and wanted. I can't say enough good things about the company you've built and the team you've assembled. Bobby, Colin and Doug (Chris, Mark, Amanda Denver, Dohn, Jeff). They're all the best. We're glad you're a part of our team here !
