John Davenport Jr.
CEO
John Davenport Jr. founded DTI in 1998. Under his leadership DTI was selected as one of the Southeast’s fastest growing privately held companies and he was selected Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young. With more than 25 years of experience in the document outsourcing industry, he has held every position from plant operations to sales and executive management. Davenport attended Winthrop College in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and is an honor graduate of the Marine Corps Recruit Training.
Christopher Aronson
President, Knowledge Solutions
Christopher Aronson joined DTI in 2011 and helped launch DTI’s Knowledge Solutions business. Leveraging two decades of outsourcing leadership experience, he is focused on delivering creative, legal and financial services to DTI clients worldwide. Aronson has an extensive background in outsourcing and advanced management techniques—working in both large organizations and running startups. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
David Barrett
Vice President, National Sales
David Barrett joined the company originally known as Daticon (acquired by EED in 2008) in 1993 as vice president of sales and marketing and was the company’s first full-time salesperson. He successfully led the company’s growth, establishing EED as a leader in the legal e-discovery services industry. Barrett manages the eastern region sales team as well as the client services organization for DTI. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration, computer information systems and marketing from Bryant University.
Jackie Bebczuk
Senior Vice President, Knowledge Solutions
Jackie Bebczuk joined DTI in 2012 when Providus was acquired by DTI. Leveraging two decades of legal staffing leadership experience, she will help oversee DTI’s managed document review platform. Bebczuk brings to DTI experience developing and consulting with some of Providus’ largest clients in determining the best staffing solutions for their particular needs, including overseeing document review needs and projects for Fortune 500 and AmLaw 100 clients. Bebczuk has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Paralegal Certificate.
Thomas Bonk
Vice President, Professional Services
Thomas Bonk leads DTI’s deployment of solution architects and project managers in support of electronically stored information (ESI) services. Since joining DTI in 2003, Bonk has presided over the management of more than one thousand ESI processing, forensic collection and hosted review projects. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at law schools and industry user groups discussing the practical applications of managing ESI for litigation. Bonk earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA with distinction from DePaul University.
Jason Brennan
COO, Knowledge Solutions
Jason Brennan joined DTI in 2011 to help launch DTI’s Knowledge Solutions business. Brennan oversees DTI’s managed document review platform and its legal middle office services platform. He came to DTI with an extensive and diverse background within the legal industry, having held numerous positions as both a practicing attorney and a legal support services provider throughout his career. Brennan earned his Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Yale University.
Keith Conley
President, Legal Solutions
Keith Conley joined DTI in 2008 and has brought significant managerial and industry expertise that has added further depth to the company’s management team. Conley is responsible for the company’s National Technology Center and all electronic data discovery (EDD) sales and service delivery to clients. Conley has more than 20 years of management experience with high growth companies. He earned his MBA from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Lehigh University.
Jennifer Cybul
Vice President, Human Resources
Jennifer Cybul joined DTI in June 2005 and leads the human resources, payroll and training team. World-class programs to recruit, retain, communicate, engage, train and recognize our field team are the top focus of DTI’s HR department. Prior to joining DTI, Cybul was a human resources professional with a premier hotel and resort management company and with a well-known retail service company. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in Atlanta and her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation in December 2001.
Jane Flynn
Vice President, National Sales
Jane Flynn joined DTI in 2010 to establish DTI’s National Accounts / Corporate program. She has more than 20 years of industry experience. As DTI’s vice president of national sales, Flynn is responsible for a program that addresses the ongoing needs of DTI’s Fortune 500 clients and their representing firms across the United States. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and lives in the greater New York City area.
Doug Gerstner
Executive Vice President, Management Services
Doug Gerstner is responsible for the controlled but record-setting growth of DTI’s Facilities Management (FM) program, as well as being actively involved in ensuring DTI is properly delivering on all commitments to each and every customer. While focusing on overall strategy and national best practices, he is also intimately involved in the tactical elements of our business. Gerstner has more than 15 years of FM and industry experience, primarily serving the legal community. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.
Tom Haug
Vice President, Service Delivery
Tom Haug has more than 25 years of management, engineering and product development experience in technology fields ranging from enterprise software to information retrieval to data communications. Prior to joining DTI, he held executive management positions for several growth-oriented technology businesses with offerings including enterprise email appliances, IT governance and IT project portfolio solutions, Internet infrastructure and broadband satellite telecommunications services. Haug earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Southern Illinois University and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Washington.
Chris Henderson
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Henderson joined DTI in 2001. With more than 20 years of financial experience in the service industry, Henderson is responsible for all aspects of financial planning for the operations of each DTI location. In 2011 he was named CFO of the Year for private medium-size companies by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Prior to joining DTI, Henderson served as CFO and vice president of finance for several rapidly growing service companies in the health care and high tech industries. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Kennesaw State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.
Scott Heon
Vice President, Field Operations
Scott Heon is a founding partner of DTI and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company. He is currently responsible for all field operations. Noted as an experienced hands-on manager, Heon has an outstanding knowledge base of the legal vertical, particularly as it relates to outsourcing and the integration of technology and service. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary.
Kevin Jacobs
Vice President, Service Strategy
Kevin Jacobs is responsible for DTI’s development priorities and technology offerings. He joined DTI in 2003 after spending 12 years in all phases of the imaging industry. Jacobs previously worked with IKON, prior to which he worked with ATLIS Systems Inc., a pioneering company in the litigation support industry in a variety of digital imaging and data processing leadership roles. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is based at DTI’s National Technology Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
Robert McAllister
Vice President, Operations and Management Services
Robert McAllister is responsible for the operational excellence of DTI’s Facilities Management (FM) accounts nationally. McAllister has 26 years of FM experience with tenures at Xerox Business Services and IKON in addition to DTI, having worked in sales, national accounts and operations. During most of his career, he has focused on the legal market and its unique requirements. McAllister received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver and his MBA from the University of Colorado.
Fabrice Medio
Vice President, Development
Fabrice Medio joined DTI as vice president of development in 2012 and is a welcome addition from the Fios acquisition. He has led engineering teams in the United States and Europe as they develop data-intensive applications. Prior to joining DTI Medio was a lead member of the technical staff at Salesforce.com and was director of software engineering at Discovery Mining, a division of Autonomy/Interwoven, Inc. He earned a master’s degree in corporate and tax law from the Pantheon-Assas Paris II University (France).
Donna Peterson
Vice President, Operations and Client Services
Donna Peterson brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to DTI. She became part of the company when Fios was acquired by DTI. She was previously vice president of marketing and more recently the acting vice president of operations at Fios. Peterson has worked for large multinational, midsize and startup companies. She earned an MBA from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Lewis & Clark College.
Deborah W. Post
Managing Director, Western Region
Deborah W. Post joined DTI in 2012 when Providus was acquired by DTI. Post will be focused on delivering legal staffing solutions to clients in DTI’s western region. Post was the managing director of the western region of Providus. Prior to joining Providus and DTI, she was a practicing attorney. Post obtained her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and Spanish from Clark University.
Jim Pyles
Vice President, Information Technology
Jim Pyles currently leads the IT, application development and technical support teams at DTI. He has spent more than 20 years in the high technology field, including senior management roles in both software development and product management. Prior to working for EED, he was involved in the development and delivery of large-scale applications for health care information services and enterprise content management. Pyles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University.
Michelle Rosen
Senior Vice President, Sales and Operations
Michelle Rosen joined DTI in 2012 when Providus was acquired by DTI. Rosen oversees Providus’ operations and sales. Rosen came to DTI with almost two decades of operations and sales leadership experience with extensive background in the staffing industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications and Journalism from the University of Houston.
