John Davenport Jr.
John Davenport Jr. founded DTI in 1998. Under his leadership DTI was selected as one of the Southeast’s fastest growing privately held companies and he was selected Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young. With more than 25 years of experience in the document outsourcing industry, he has held every position from plant operations to sales and executive management. Davenport attended Winthrop College in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and is an honor graduate of the Marine Corps Recruit Training.
President, Knowledge Solutions
Christopher Aronson joined DTI in 2011 and helped launch DTI’s Knowledge Solutions business. Leveraging two decades of outsourcing leadership experience, he is focused on delivering creative, legal and financial services to DTI clients worldwide. Aronson has an extensive background in outsourcing and advanced management techniques—working in both large organizations and running startups. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Chief Information Officer
Erach Balsara has more than 30 years of experience in the information technology field and has served as the CTO/CIO for several international organizations. He is responsible for providing strategic and operational direction for DTI’s technology and IT investments to further drive the rapid growth of the company’s electronic discovery offerings. Prior to the launch of his career in IT, he was a practicing physician in India. Balsara holds an MBA from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
Vice President, National Sales
David Barrett is vice president of national sales and is a discovery sales veteran of over 20 years. He is responsible for the eastern region sales team and holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration, computer information systems and marketing from Bryant University.
Senior Vice President, Knowledge Solutions
Jackie Bebczuk joined DTI in 2012 when Providus was acquired by DTI. Leveraging two decades of legal staffing leadership experience, she will help oversee DTI’s managed document review platform. Bebczuk brings to DTI experience developing and consulting with some of Providus’ largest clients in determining the best staffing solutions for their particular needs, including overseeing document review needs and projects for Fortune 500 and AmLaw 100 clients. Bebczuk has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Paralegal Certificate.
Vice President, Professional Services
Thomas Bonk leads DTI’s deployment of solution architects and project managers in support of electronically stored information (ESI) services. Since joining DTI in 2003, Bonk has presided over the management of more than one thousand ESI processing, forensic collection and hosted review projects. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at law schools and industry user groups discussing the practical applications of managing ESI for litigation. Bonk earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA with distinction from DePaul University.
COO, Knowledge Solutions
Jason Brennan joined DTI in 2011 to help launch DTI’s Knowledge Solutions business. Brennan oversees DTI’s managed document review platform and its legal middle office services platform. He came to DTI with an extensive and diverse background within the legal industry, having held numerous positions as both a practicing attorney and a legal support services provider throughout his career. Brennan earned his Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Yale University.
Director of Marketing
Jill Brown joined DTI in 2012 when Providus was acquired by DTI. Brown leads DTI’s Marketing organization. Her scope of responsibilities includes brand development, thought leadership and public relations. Brown is a veteran of the legal services industry. She joined Providus in 2005 and held marketing and operations positions during her tenure with the company. Brown’s hands-on knowledge of DTI’s businesses and customers compliments her unique skills and experience in marketing. Brown has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing.
Executive Vice President of Sales, Legal Solutions
Clay Cocalis has more than 20 years of experience building and managing high performing sales organizations and is responsible for capitalizing on and expanding the growth driven by DTI’s Legal Solutions sales teams. Prior to joining DTI, Cocalis held various sales and executive management positions with TowerGroup, Factiva and Dow Jones & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
President, Legal Solutions
Keith Conley joined DTI in 2008 and has brought significant managerial and industry expertise that has added further depth to the company’s management team. Conley is responsible for the company’s National Technology Center and all electronic data discovery (EDD) sales and service delivery to clients. Conley has more than 20 years of management experience with high growth companies. He earned his MBA from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Lehigh University.
Vice President, Human Resources
Jennifer Cybul joined DTI in June 2005 and leads the human resources, payroll and training team. World-class programs to recruit, retain, communicate, engage, train and recognize our field team are the top focus of DTI’s HR department. Prior to joining DTI, Cybul was a human resources professional with a premier hotel and resort management company and with a well-known retail service company. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in Atlanta and her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation in December 2001.

Greg Duke is vice president of national sales and has over 20 years in the discovery business including sales and professional services. Greg has a technical education in Computer Science from Control Data Institute and is a frequent author and speaker on in eDiscovery and information management.

Jane Flynn is vice president of National sales lead the western sales region. She has more than 20 years of industry experience and earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.
Executive Vice President, Management Services
Doug Gerstner is responsible for the controlled but record-setting growth of DTI’s Facilities Management (FM) program, as well as being actively involved in ensuring DTI is properly delivering on all commitments to each and every customer. While focusing on overall strategy and national best practices, he is also intimately involved in the tactical elements of our business. Gerstner has more than 15 years of FM and industry experience, primarily serving the legal community. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.
Vice President, Service Delivery
Tom Haug has more than 25 years of management, engineering and product development experience in technology fields ranging from enterprise software to information retrieval to data communications. Prior to joining DTI, he held executive management positions for several growth-oriented technology businesses with offerings including enterprise email appliances, IT governance and IT project portfolio solutions, Internet infrastructure and broadband satellite telecommunications services. Haug earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Southern Illinois University and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Washington.
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Henderson joined DTI in 2001. With more than 20 years of financial experience in the service industry, Henderson is responsible for all aspects of financial planning for the operations of each DTI location. In 2011 he was named CFO of the Year for private medium-size companies by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Prior to joining DTI, Henderson served as CFO and vice president of finance for several rapidly growing service companies in the health care and high tech industries. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Kennesaw State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.
Vice President, Field Operations
Scott Heon is a founding partner of DTI and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company. He is currently responsible for all field operations. Noted as an experienced hands-on manager, Heon has an outstanding knowledge base of the legal vertical, particularly as it relates to outsourcing and the integration of technology and service. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary.
Vice President, Service Strategy
Kevin Jacobs is responsible for DTI’s development priorities and technology offerings. He joined DTI in 2003 after spending 12 years in all phases of the imaging industry. Jacobs previously worked with IKON, prior to which he worked with ATLIS Systems Inc., a pioneering company in the litigation support industry in a variety of digital imaging and data processing leadership roles. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is based at DTI’s National Technology Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
Jon R. Morris
Vice President of Operations, FM Services
Jon joined DTI in 2000 as a Manager in Training in our Facilities Management business, soon after graduating from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD. Jon’s career quickly ascended from a Service Specialist to Site Management roles. As the company grew, Jon’s leadership responsibilities increased to Operations Manager, Director of FM Operations, and Regional Director of FM Operations for DTI’s Northeast operations. Jon was recognized as DTI’s Site Manager of the Year in 2002 and as Director of the Year in 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2010. Jon has been praised for his sound advice on all support related services, unwavering high service levels, and his leadership style. As Vice President of Operations, Jon’s focus is to develop and promote from within, providing DTI team members career path opportunities and personal development, and to provide world-class service to all of DTI’s clients.
Vice President, Operations and Client Services
Donna Peterson brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to DTI. She became part of the company when Fios was acquired by DTI. She was previously vice president of marketing and more recently the acting vice president of operations at Fios. Peterson has worked for large multinational, midsize and startup companies. She earned an MBA from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Lewis & Clark College.
Senior Managing Director
Michelle Rosen joined DTI in 2012 when Providus was acquired by DTI. Rosen currently oversees DTI’s Middle Office Outsourcing practice focusing on client management, operational execution, financial leadership, and strategy. The Middle Office Outsourcing practice delivers business critical support and administrative functions including Document Processing, Legal Assistants, Creative Services, AP/AR and IT. Rosen has over 20 years’ experience in outsourcing, staffing, sales leadership and client operations management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications and Journalism from the University of Houston.
Senior Managing Director, Placement Services
Brent Wiltz is the Senior Managing Director of Placement Services and is responsible for account acquisition, operational delivery and the overall business strategy of our contract and direct hire placement business. Brent has 10 years of experience within the staffing industry and has lead large scale project implementations for multiple Fortune 100 companies and AM Law 100 firms. He is a graduate of the Executive Leadership and Management program at Cornell University and previously held executive leadership roles with two of the nation’s largest staffing companies.
